Meeting Rooms

Our meeting rooms will be CLOSED from Friday, December 12th to Saturday, December 13th, 2025.

The New Castle Public Library provides a safe and equitable space for the community to gather. Each room has particular qualities and amenities. The library reserves the right to reassign reserved rooms to accommodate various groups.

Reservations need to be requested a week or more in advance.

Study rooms can be reserved in 3-hour increments.

Wi-Fi is available in all rooms

We have 5 meeting rooms available:

Large table with seating for 10-12; a small table with seating for 4-6.

  • No reservation required for study groups of 1 or 2 (assigned at the library staff’s discretion)
  • Library programs and meetings
  • Community group meetings (by reservation)
  • Individuals and small study groups for quiet space
  • Maximum occupancy 12 people

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


Podium, television, 8 tables and 50 chairs can be arranged to suit the needs of the meeting.

  • Library programs and meetings
  • Maximum  occupancy 50 – if theater seating

Projector and screen (television coming soon), whiteboard, 8 tables, and 30 chairs can be arranged to suit the needs of the meeting.
